Funder: SAMHSA

St. Louis System of Care, Workforce Development Project is a partnership between the St. Louis System of Care and the St. Louis Mental Health Board. For this project, MIMH has created the Organizational Change Institute (OCI) to enhance the capacity of organizations in child serving systems to serve within a family-driven, youth-guided, culturally and linguistically competent, trauma-informed, and evidence-based/informed service delivery framework. The OCI’s goals are to provide workforce development training for St. Louis City and St. Louis County professionals who work in the behavioral health or related workforce with youth from birth to early adulthood. The OCI will also be developing a directory of workforce development resources within the St. Louis area and conducting a Needs Assessment of workforce development needs.
