St. Louis Mental Health and Housing Transformation Grant

MIMH was contracted by the St. Louis Mental Health Board to provide the evaluation for a five year transformation grant in St. Louis city. The grant seeks to expand existing evidence-based practices (Outreach, Assertive Community Treatment) and add new evidence-based practices (Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model, Illness Management and Recovery, Critical Time Intervention) to existing mental health and substance abuse services within the city. The project focuses on adults who are homeless or at substantial risk of homelessness.
