As a member of the Prevention Research &amp; Community Education Team, she currently provides oversight for their Hollaback STL Programs that focus on a variety of health and life skills related topics including sexual risk avoidance, HIV\/AIDS &amp; STD prevention, substance use prevention, self-esteem development, healthy relationship building and success planning. Boyd-Lee played a lead role in compiling and editing a video and replication manual detailing the process involved in establishing a community wide integrated substance use and HIV\/AIDS prevention program for female youth and adult mentors using the popular Girls Holla Back! program as a model. LaToshia provides expertise in project management, strategic planning, capacity-building and works closely with project evaluators to support data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
