She has been responsible for developing, managing, and leading large, applied research projects that evaluate the effectiveness of national and state prevention and intervention grants for children, youth, and families, as well as providing program evaluation services to local school districts and agencies serving children and families.<\/p><p>Ms. Kryah is also the Associate Director of the Early Psychosis Care (EPC) Center, a partnership between MIMH, the Department of Mental Health, and the Missouri Behavioral Health Council. She collaborates with external stakeholders to drive EPC initiatives, identifies and evaluates new resources, coordinates projects, and oversees the smooth function of the EPC team. She is passionate about driving innovation in early psychosis care and spearheading initiatives that enhance access, reduce stigma, and promote community integration. <a href=\"https:\/\/epcmissouri.org\/\">https:\/\/epcmissouri.org\/<\/a><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Furthermore, she is a Certified Peer Specialist and Certified Family Support Provider. She is committed to involving persons with lived experience and their family members when developing initiatives, identifying goals, needs, and objectives in her programs.
