The MIMH-based team facilitates Mental Health First Aid Courses, provides instructor training courses (train the trainer) and supports a network of statewide instructors through strategic initiatives.<\/p><p>Mental Health First Aid\u00ae is a skills-based training that teaches people how to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge.
