This committee designs and supports professional development activities for faculty, staff, and administrators. Committee members coordinate a variety of learning activities to encourage employee growth and development to support the goals of the Institute.
Committee members are expected to take a primary role in planning at least one professional development event. The majority of committee work takes place outside of committee meetings.
The committee meets as needed but no more than once a month.
