Lisa Patton, Ph.D.
Dr. Patton is a Senior Analyst at ROW Sciences. Since joining ROW Sciences, Dr. Patton has managed the Maryland Health Partners (MHP) Project, collaborating with program staff from MHP in efforts to assess satisfaction, health status, symptoms, and functioning of clients served under Maryland's Medicaid Waiver. She also serves as Project Manager on the PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness Program) Project, an Assistant Secretary of Planning and Evaluation (ASPE)/Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) study which collects information about the use of PATH monies at the local level. Dr. Patton is part of a team tasked with pilot testing outcome measures, previously developed and refined by R.O.W. Sciences. In addition, Dr. Patton, as a Senior Evaluator for COSP, is responsible for preparing site visit reports and for conducting site visits. Dr. Patton has extensive clinical experience in the area of trauma and in providing outpatient psychotherapy and cognitive and personality assessment, largely in the community mental health arena with children, families, and adults.
